Eye Health &
Dry, Wet & Uncomfortable Eyes
Does computer work make your eyes tired? Do you experience diminished enjoyment of outdoor activities where wind is a factor?
Our on-premises State Certified Tear Lab has the latest innovations for treating and managing Dry, Wet, and Uncomfortable eyes including BlephEx™, RPS, IPL, and Allergy Analysis.
CBD and/or THC Use
New legislation is enabling needed Cannabis research that was prohibited with marijuana classified as a Class 1 drug. There is now evidence that CBD increases eye pressure. We know THC lowers eye pressure, but it also reduces blood flow to the optic nerve. Many factors impact the possibility of Glaucoma. For those using either CBD and/or THC products, a complete Ophthalmology eye exam is recommended annually.
Eye & Eyelid Disease
Dr. Kaplan pioneered Cataract Surgery by inventing a Lens Implant and developing ways to safely remove Cataracts while preventing droopy eyelid problems. An expert diagnostician, Dr. Kaplan assesses Cataracts, Corneas, Glaucoma, Retinas, Macula, Irregular Eyelashes, Lumps, Bumps, Styes, Cancer, and more.
